Tammy Cohen
Tammy Cohen has had over 25 years experience in commercial litigation, bankruptcy work and transactional matters. Tammy is licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia and has represented both business and consumer debtors as well as financial institutions and other creditors in Chapter 11, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings and out-of-court work outs. She has also represented both businesses and consumers in a broad range of commercial litigation in both the federal and state courts. Her clients have included small to medium sized businesses, real estate developers, and asset based lenders. Tammy received her JD from Emory University in 1985.
