Alan started his career at a large law firm, where he initially specialized in trial work involving a broad range of commercial, real estate, and even constitutional litigation. When he made the decision to create a boutique litigation-oriented practice, he discovered that his clients also wanted his advice on daily transactional and business issues and that the knowledge he had acquired as a litigator was particularly helpful in this arena. Gradually, Alan’s practice evolved into a broad-based corporate and real estate practice in which he handles nearly all of his clients’ needs. Beyond this, Alan also handles a wide range of large scale commercial litigation matters, including transactional disputes, insurance claims, real estate and partnership disputes, franchise claims, and a host of other matters.
