In 2011, successfully negotiated the acquisition of a portfolio of commercial real properties with a value in excess of $10Million through a contentious receivership process.

In 2011, Client designated as the “stalking horse” in the bankruptcy of a landmark local restaurant and catering company, involving complicated strategic manuevering and, ultimately, a legally delicate  negotiated resolution with competing bidders resulting in the purchase of the real property and restaurant business.

In 2011, represented the purchasers of shopping center properties located in Maryland, Ohio, Florida, Michigan, Indiana, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Georgia.

In 2011, participated in the negotiation of a Reseller Contract of a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (“MVNO”) for the resale of a privately labelled mobile telephone network to its end users currently comprised of over 500,000 subscribers.
